Anjali Waikar

Anjali Waikar helps oversee the Litigation team's operations and practice group management. Prior to this role, Waikar was an attorney with NRDC's Environmental Justice team. There she focused on environmental justice efforts in the Midwest region and served as a member of the Litigation team addressing the Flint water crisis. Before joining NRDC, Waikar practiced at a private law firm in Boston. She also worked at the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts, where she focused on racial justice and immigrants' rights issue as an Equal Justice Works Fellow. She graduated from Wesleyan University and Northeastern University School of Law. She is based in NRDC's Chicago office.
