Patricio Portillo

Patricio Portillo works on clean transportation policies that minimize transportation's public health and environmental impacts while exploring solutions to address historical inequities and encourage economic growth. Prior to NRDC, Portillo worked with state policymakers at the National Governors Association and was a fellow serving on the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. Portillo holds a master’s in international affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor of business administration in international economics from Temple University.
