NRDC is testing innovative strategies aimed at strengthening communities by boosting energy efficiency, reducing stormwater pollution and flooding, encouraging smart growth, cutting food waste, and providing better access to public transportation. We work on both citywide solutions and on smaller-scale neighborhood projects that can be scaled up.
